1. Nature of Service The Excalibur Agency provides estate planning document preparation. Scott M. Nelson is a J.D. and LL.M.; however, use of this website does not inherently create an attorney-client relationship until a formal engagement is executed.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms By providing your phone number and opting in via our website forms, you consent to receive text messages from The Excalibur Agency regarding your estate plan, appointment reminders, and account updates.

Consent: Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our tools.
